Eastern Michigan's Hlynur Andresson, Men’s Cross Country (Redshirt Senior, Biology, 3.18)
Redshirt senior Hlynur Andresson earned his first Individual MAC title and his third First Team All-MAC honors in cross country, Saturday, Oct. 28 at the MAC Championship. Andresson led the Eagles to their eighth consecutive MAC Championship with a time of 24:30.0, shattering his time in last year’s event by 40 seconds. Additionally, his first-place finish helped the team post a score of 27 points, which is the fourth-best team score in MAC Championship history.
