Athens, Ohio – The Akron Zips earned its fifth-straight MAC swimming and diving title Saturday in Athens, Ohio. The Zips tallied 827.5 points during the meet, which marks the highest total ever at a MAC Championship with an eight-team field.
Peresie was named the MAC Coach of the Year for the fifth straight year and has led Akron to the MAC title in each season at the helm of the program.
