University of Akron senior Curtis Richardson (Blacklick, Ohio) capped his stellar Zips' career with a 20th-place performance surpassing 6-10.75 (2.10m) in the men's high jump to earn honorable mention All-America honors and headline Akron's performances on the third day of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Friday, June 7. It marked the second All-America citation in the decorated Akron career for Richardson, who earned second-team All-America accolades after placing 13th in the high jump at the 2016 NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Ore.
