CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced Monday the 2019 Men’s Golf Academic All-MAC Team. A total of 30 student-athletes were named to the team from this past season.
Eastern Michigan led this year’s squad with five student-athletes. Ball State, Northern Illinois & Toledo followed close behind with four honorees.
Eastern Michigan’s Beau Breault & Ty Celone, Kent State’s Bjarki Petursson, NIU’s Salvador Rocha & Toledo’s Duncan McNeill received academic honors after being selected to the All-MAC First Team.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics.
