The Mighty Eagles of Eastern Michigan travel down to Conway, South Carolina, where they will face the Chanticleers of Coastal Carolina. This will be one of seven road games that the Eagles will play in the 2019 season.
The Chanticleers enter their fourth season at the FBS level (Division 1-A for you old timers), having played in the Sun Belt Conference the last three seasons. Last year, they posted a 5-7 record.
Eastern Michigan is coming off a 7-6 record in 2018, with their last game being a bowl loss against Coastal's Sun Belt brethren Georgia Southern.
