CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference announced its 2018 Women's Soccer Academic All-MAC team Tuesday. A total of 113 student-athletes were named to the team.
The 2018 Mid-American Conference Champion Bowling Green Falcons and Ohio Bobcats led the team with 12 student-athletes apiece, while Northern Illinois and Toledo each landed 11 on the squad.
A total of 10 women’s soccer student athletes recorded a perfect 4.0 GPA.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics. To qualify, a student-athlete must have at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA and have participated in at least 50 percent of the contests for that particular sport.
