Business is starting to pick up in Oxford as Toledo Central Catholic (OH) linebacker/safety Dallas Fields announced his decision to commit to Miami on Tuesday.
The two-star recruit is not short on accolades as he was named to the All-State First Team in his junior season as he helped guide his team all the way to the state semifinals. Fields also held offers from Army, Ball State, Eastern Michigan, Ohio, and Western Michigan.
Standing at 6’1” and 210 lbs., Fields has the frame to put on some weight and move on down to LB at the college level and could possibly be enough of an athlete to a heavier nickel back on early downs.
