Well, that escalated quickly. Offensive lineman Kyle Sassack committed to Western Michigan on Friday afternoon making him the 11th commitment for coach Fleck's 2017 recruiting class. This may be their biggest commitment (literally) in this recruiting cycle so far.
Sassack currently attends Notre Dame Prep located in Pontiac, Michigan. He ultimately chose the Broncos over reported offers from Ball State, Central Michigan, Illinois State, and Miami.
Shortly after his commitment, Sassack talked to Hustle Belt about why he chose Western Michigan.
