After linebacker Treshaun Hayward de-committed from Western Michigan, coach Fleck and his staff wasted no time in finding recruits to take his place.
Linebacker Dwayne Chapman announced his commitment last week on his Twitter account.

Chapman is a consensus three-star recruit according to Rivals, Scout, and 247Sports. He chose the Broncos over reported offers from Akron, Ball State, Bowling Green, Buffalo, CMU, EMU, Kent State, Miami, Navy, Ohio, and Toledo. He also was receiving interest from Indiana and took an unofficial visit there in March, although an offer has not materialized.
