2017 Week 5 Recap: Notre Dame leaves no doubt, pummels Miami (OH) 52-17

After a remarkable first half offensive performance, No. 22 Notre Dame (4-1) flew past the Miami (OH) RedHawks (2-3) for a 52-17 win in South Bend.

Brian Kelly's team dropped 45 points in the first half alone, coming out with fire from the start.

Before 30 seconds even ticked off the game clock, running back Josh Adams sprinted the pigskin 73 yards to the house for a quick 7-0 lead. Miami's offense attempted to respond to the rapid score, but Gus Ragland threw his lone interception of the evening on the RedHawks' first offensive drive.
