Toledo has had a lot of prior and previous success recruiting in the state of Florida. Within the 2017 recruiting class, the Rockets already have three prospects currently committed. Well, the coaching staff still has one Sunshine state target still left on the board in Tampa (Fla.) ATH Travell Harris.
The Rockets have been in the drivers seat for quite sometime within Harris’ recruitment.
