Last season, the Toledo Rockets finished 9-4 behind one of the most prolific offenses in the nation. Gone are some of the biggest weapons on that offense, and some of their best linemen. Returning, however, is quarterback Logan Woodside, so there is a lot of optimism around the program.

Woodside led the nation with 45 touchdown passes, and threw for 317 yards per game. He also completed 69% of his passes. Coach Candle expects much of his senior quarterback, and has been pleased with his intangibles up to this point, according to a quote from Toledo’s Spring Prospectus.
