The Bowling Green Falcons closed out their Creek Classic tournament trip against the Abilene Christian Wildcats. Although Rodrick Caldwell was able to drop 25 points and grab six boards, the Falcons ultimately lost the game, 88-83.
Both squads hit the paint early in the game as there was not even a three point attempt until the 14:29 mark of the first half. After the Falcons held a 2 point lead with 19:04 left, they did not lead again the rest of the first half. BGSU shot just 39% to begin while the Wildcats shot 53%, so it was only natural that Abilene Christian held a ten point lead at the half.
