The Massachusetts Minutemen picked up a commitment from Patrick Volcy today, an athlete out of the Minutemen's #1 recruiting grounds in Florida.
Volcy plays at Golden Gate High School in Naples, and he was kind enough to take a few minutes to speak with Hustle Belt about his decision to join the Minutemen football family.
"What really brought me to UMass was the positive vibe and the family like feeling there. It felt like a home away from home," Volcy said.
Volcy will be coming in as a defensive back for UMass, despite the fact that the majority of the film available on him highlights his skills at the wide receiver position.
