Superman had kryptonite. Napoleon had his Waterloo. Jordan Spieth has the 12th hole at Augusta. And apparently, the 2016-17 Ball State Cardinals have the Bowling Green Falcons.
In a span of 14 days, the Falcons have now beat the Cardinals twice for their only two Mid-American Conference wins this season. Bowling Green beat Ball State on Saturday at home in the Stroh Center, 79-74. The Falcons are now 2-4 in the MAC and 8-12 overall. Ball State drops to 3-3 and 12-7.
Bowling Green’s Matt Fox hit a dagger three-pointer with just over a minute to go to give the Falcons a five point lead they would never surrender down the stretch.
