Former Michigan OC for our last National Championship in 1997 Mike DeBord has suffered a stroke and is in intensive care. Mike last year was on Harbaugh's staff during the COVID 2020 season and is currently the OC and QB coach at Kansas.
Mike has had a long career and was the head coach at Central. He spent sometime with the Seahawks and Bears in the NFL and was the OC at IU and Tennessee. He was a bit of a polarizing figure in A2 as Michigan fans didn't love his play calling at the end of his time in Ann Arbor.
