This one came out of the blue and I'm not sure I understand it. The Land of 10 is reporting that graduate transfer Jeff George, Jr. will transfer to Michigan. Jeff will be eligible right away and has two years of eligibility left. I assume Jeff and Jimmy are friends or have some type of relationship from their playing days.
The Land of 10 speculates that Jeff is joining the Wolverines as a walk-on and that would make sense. Michigan has plenty of QB's on the depth chart and I don't see why they would use a scholarship on another transfer QB.
