MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford New Jersey has brought out the best in Jourdan Lewis this season. After recording his first interception of the year during a Week 6 loss to the Jets, the Cowboys faced the Giants on Monday Night Football, and it was Lewis that put the exclamation points on a 37-18 victory for Dallas.
After a teammate knocked the ball loose from Daniel Jones, Lewis picked up the hot potato and ran all the way to the house for the scoop and score. The touchdown was Lewis’ first of his NFL career, and he adds his name to a list of former Wolverines that contains Devin Bush, Jabrill Peppers and Chase Winovich, who all have scored their first career touchdown in 2019.
