Michigan State felt the fury of the road crowd and nearly flinched from fatigue in Nebraska’s final flurry.
A couple ill-advised fouls and defensive breakdowns led to a few easy Cornhuskers buckets that chopped the Spartans’ late lead from 12 to four, but they survived and flew home with a not-as-close-as-it-appeared 70-64 win Thursday night.
