CHICAGO — Jordan Poole has always bet on himself.
It's why he left Michigan basketball after two seasons and declared for the NBA draft.
This week has given him a chance to ensure his dream of becoming a pro basketball player comes true.
“It’s been exciting," Poole said Thursday afternoon while at the NBA combine. "It’s something I’ve dreamed of my entire life, and just being able to be here in this particular situation, there’s nothing (more) you can ask for.
