Dhani Jones was singing when a reporter joined his conference call.
The song: "Don't Go Breaking My Heart," by Elton John and Kiki Dee.
Jones, an imposing Michigan football linebacker from 1996-99 who spent 11 years in the NFL, continued for a few seconds. Then he paused and asked, "You don't know why we're singing karaoke?"
"No," the reporter replied.
