The top line on Michigan’s hockey team has been so dominant this season that each player leads the nation in a major statistical category.
Junior right wing Tyler Motte leads all NCAA Division I players with 27 goals.
Junior center and team captain JT Compher leads the nation with 32 assists.
Freshman left wing Kyle Connor leads the country with 48 points.
Motte carries an 11-game goal-scoring streak into Friday’s game at Yost Ice Arena in Ann Arbor. No. 6-ranked Michigan (18-4-5) hosts Ferris State (14-10-6) at 7:35 p.m.
Known as the CCM Line, Connor, Compher and Motte are three of the top four scorers in college hockey.
