Jalen Wilson woke up Monday morning to a phone call from a friend.
Then he checked ESPN, and saw the news: John Beilein had accepted the head coaching job with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
The news was a surprise for Wilson, Michigan basketball's top signee in the class of 2019.
"I was just in shock," Wilson told the Free Press over the phone Monday night. "I didn’t want to believe it. It’s news, so I was really just shocked, you know?
