Tim Drevno reportedly out as Michigan OC

With Michigan’s offense struggling greatly and hampering the team’s overall success last fall, many were expecting significant changes during the offseason. It took a while for that to develop, but it now appears that there will be a big change, with widespread reports that Tim Drevno is out as the Wolverines’ offensive coordinator.

Drevno had closely followed Jim Harbaugh’s staffs through the years, coordinating his offensive at San Diego, then mentoring tight ends and the offensive line at Stanford, also working with linemen for the 49ers. He spent one year at Southern Cal in 2014, then reunited with Harbaugh at Michigan in 2015, taking over offensive coordinator duties and working with the offensive line.
