Ryan Armour rooted for his bitter rival. At, least it's supposed to be his bitter rival.
Armour, an Ohio State alum in Detroit this week to play in the Rocket Mortgage Classic, said he rooted for Michigan in the College World Series on Wednesday.
Armour, who fired an 8-under-par 64 on Thursday at Detroit Golf Club, blamed his Big Ten bias for blurring one of college sports' clear battle lines.
"You know, I was cheering for Michigan last night," Armour said. "Pulling for the Big Ten school to try and win a baseball championship.
