College Park, Md. – A little over two minutes into Thursday’s regular-season rematch between Maryland and Michigan, Donald Carey corralled an offensive rebound and knocked down second-chance 3-pointer for the Terrapins’ first bucket.
Roughly a minute later, Jahmir Young and Hakim Hart both knifed their way into the lane against Michigan’s defense and scored on a driving layup.
That pretty much set the tone for the rest of the night as the Terrapins got to the basket at will, had their way inside and avenged their blowout loss in Ann Arbor earlier this month by handing the Wolverines a 64-58 loss at Xfinity Center.
