The path is laid out, but Michigan says it's not overlooking Rutgers

ANN ARBOR -- Things are about to get much easier for the Michigan football team.

After playing three straight ranked opponents, and knocking off each of them, the fifth-ranked Wolverines embark on back-to-back games against two of the worst teams in the Big Ten East.

Combined, Rutgers -- Michigan's opponent on Saturday (3:30 p.m., BTN) -- and Indiana are 1-11 in Big Ten play. The Scarlet Knights (1-8, 0-6 Big Ten) have lost their last eight games.
