ORLANDO, Fla. — For a second, it sounded as if Michigan cornerback Ambry Thomas had just made a big announcement.
The junior met with reporters after Friday's practice in Orlando, the first of five before the Citrus Bowl against Alabama on Jan. 1, and was immediately asked about his future.
What's Thomas going to do next year?
“I’m out here right now, practicing with the team," he said. "I mean, I’m back. Put it like that. I’m back. I’m with my guys, (want) to lead the team to a good year next year.
