When it comes to the 2026 recruiting class, Michigan football doesn't necessarily need another wide receiver.
As it stands, the Wolverines have three WR commitments. Travis Johnson and Zion Robison are each ranked in the top 150 overall of the 247 Sports composite rankings for the 2026 class. They are also each 6-foot-3 or taller.
Jaylen Pile is another solid wide receiver. He's a three-star prospect but is highly productive. the biggest criticism about him is a lack of upside due to average athleticism.
However, there could be another wide receiver target on the board, or there should be, and athleticism isn't his problem at all.
