Shea Patterson made his response to the NCAA with regard to Ole Miss' objection to his appeal for immediate eligibility at Michigan this season.
CBSsports.com viewed Patterson's nine-page letter to the NCAA in response after his former school claimed he did not have a legitimate reason to receive instant transfer eligibility.
In the letter, Patterson reportedly said he had thoughts about leaving Ole Miss in October, months before the school received a second bowl ban from the NCAA due to football recruiting violations.
