Derrick Walton Jr. is returning to Michigan to continue his pro career for at least 10 days.
Walton is on the verge of signing a 10-day contract with the Detroit PIstons, according to a report Thursday from The Athletic and Stadium's Shams Charania.
The Detroit native and former Michigan point guard spent the first half of this season with the Los Angeles Clippers.
