The Michigan Wolverines currently have one hell of a recruiting haul in the 2026 class, with a majority of the players committing over the last month or so. The class ranks in the Top-10 on the 247Sports composite, with a chance to climb even higher prior to the early signing period in December.
One player that would help elevate Michigan’s overall ranking and be the crown jewel of the class is five-star running back Savion Hiter. A Top-20 overall prospect, Hiter has been Tony Alford’s top target this entire cycle. He took official visits to Michigan, Tennessee, Ohio State and Georgia in June and is expected to make a commitment sometime before the start of his senior season at Louisa County High School in Mineral, Virginia.
