Beilein was wearing a suit and tie when he arrived at the Cleveland Clinic Courts well in advance of his 11 a.m. introductory press conference. But upon seeing one of his players, Larry Nance Jr., getting shots up on the court just outside his office, the Cavaliers’ new boss couldn’t help himself.
