Two Michigan teams, one NCAA baseball regional.
The Michigan Wolverines and Central Michigan Chippewas are both headed to South Bend for their opening NCAA baseball tournament games.
CMU (40-16) faces No. 10 Notre Dame (30-11) while U-M (27-17) plays Connecticut (33-18).
The Chips have an automatic berth by virtue of clinching the Mid-American Conference title with a win in their first game Sunday against Toledo. They won the second game a doubleheader to finish 31-9 in MAC play.
