ANN ARBOR -- According to Yahoo Sports, just one Michigan basketball player has been invited to attend the NBA draft combine: Moritz Wagner. That means Charles Matthews, who declared for the draft without hiring an agent, was not.
Yahoo's Shams Charania reported a complete list of invitees on Friday evening, one that included 69 players.
Reports earlier this week listed Matthews among those who did receive an invite. It is still possible that he could participate in the combine -- held May 16-20 in his hometown of Chicago -- should some of the initial invitees decline.
