Michigan’s win streak snapped by Rutgers on Saturday

Michigan Baseball's six-game winning streak came to an end on Saturday afternoon in a 4-2 loss to the Rutgers Scarlet Knights (13-13) in Ann Arbor. The Wolverines (19-8) saw the bats go cold on a chilly Saturday afternoon at home, finishing the day with a pair of runs on only five hits.

The action in this game was mostly seen in the middle innings. Michigan scored a pair of runs in the bottom of the fifth without achieving a hit. The two runs came on an error followed by a sacrifice fly in foul territory to give the Wolverines a 2-0 lead.
