The Michigan football program notched a huge win last Saturday over Washington. But that win won't mean anything if the Wolverines can't stack success against Michigan State this week.
Outside of "The Game", no game on the schedule means more than Michigan State. It's for the state championship as Jim Harbaugh used to say.
And, truth be told, Michigan football is never at its lowest than when it's losing games to the Spartans on a regular basis. Michigan has currently won three in a row, but outside of the 49-0 thrashing two years ago, the wins haven't been easy to come by.
