Michigan football fans were hoping that the Wolverines would find an elite wide receiver to pair with Bryce Underwood.
Many wanted one in the transfer portal last offseason. Some are hoping for another in this upcoming transfer portal widow.
But the good news is that Michigan football already has its No. 1 wide receiver in Andrew Marsh, who, over the past six games, has been one of the best wideouts in the Big Ten as a true freshman.
Makai Lemon and Jeremiah Smith are two of the only three players with more receiving yards than Marsh during Big Ten Play, and the freshman wasn't even incorporated into the offense until the Wisconsin game.
