Naz Hillmon is one of the greatest women's basketball players in the history of the Michigan Wolverines, and now, she's making a name for herself in the WNBA.
Hillmon still plays for the Atlanta Dream, the team that drafted her back in 2022. In college, Hillmon was mostly a threat in the paint for the Wolverines. But with the Dream, she has completely re-invented her game, especially this season, becoming a reliable 3-point threat.
On Wednesday night against the Dallas Wings, Hillmon capped the best game of her WNBA career (21 points, a career-high) with a game-winning 3-pointer, her fifth, another career-high, with two seconds left to give Atlanta an 88-85 road win.
