The Michigan Wolverines are wasting no time looking for players in the latest transfer portal window (April 16-April 30). Today, they offered former Kent State defensive tackle C.J. West.

West — a 6-foot-2, 315-pounder from LaGrange Park, Illinoi (same hometown and high school as J.J. McCarthy and Tyler Morris) — entered the transfer portal after four successful seasons (three as a starter) at Kent State.

A former three-star recruit coming out of high school, West racked up 110 tackles, 19.
