Michigan moves up in the polls after Week 1 victory over Minnesota

The Michigan Wolverines came into the weekend with a ton of question marks, but answered many of them emphatically in a 49-24 victory over the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Saturday night.

Michigan started as the No. 18 team in the country in the AP Poll and No. 17 in the Coaches Poll, but they have moved up accordingly after the impressive outing on the road. Michigan is now the No. 13 team in the country in the AP and No. 14 in the Coaches Poll.

Michigan was led by a 15-for-22 passing performance (225 yards, 2 TD) from Joe Milton and the running game putting up 256 yards and five touchdowns.
