Anytime Michigan Basketball can make Tom Izzo sad, it's a good night. Tom was sad on Friday night after Michigan entered the Breslin Center and walked away with a victory. Michigan doesn't win very much in that barn and had lost 4 in a row to Sparty no matter the location.
Michigan got out to a big lead, let it slip away in the 2nd, and played smart at the end of the game to sneak out a convincing win. This team really seems to up the focus when they get down a few points. Neither team played their best game but Michigan's effort was much more consistent.
