If the NCAA adopts the Harbaugh rule that every kid gets one no penalty transfer then College Football and Basketball Free Agency is on. It already seems to be underway:
- Michigan's Basketball team has taken in two transfer this off season, 1 from Columbia (Smith) and 1 (Eastern) from Purdue.
- Michigan Basketball lost 3 guys to transfer: 1 to Cincinnati (DD), 1 to Florida (Castleton) and another (Bajema) to Washington.
- Michigan Football has seen more players leave rather then head to A2 lately. The latest headliners to leave are WR Black to Texas and DT Dwumfour to Rutgers.
