Michigan Monday: Is Starting to see a Trend with International Players

Let's be honest, Michigan hasn't figured out NIL and how it can benefit the University of Michigan and its student athletes. Other programs are spending big dollars to bring in recruits and are very public about it, see Texas A&M and Miami for example.

There are a group of students that don't qualify for NIL and those are International Students. Both Michigan Football and Basketball has grabbed overseas players recently with the hope that their upside and lack of exposure is worth the risk. It seems the PPI Organization that helps International athletes find scholarships has been very good to Michigan of late.
