EAST LANSING — As a freshman in 2015, Tum Tum Nairn soaked in the emotions and bitterness of the Michigan State-Michigan rivalry.
Everything felt heightened.
“The crowds were crazy, the fans were crazy,” Nairn recalled Thursday. “The line, people were there from the morning.”
His Spartans won that game at home, then went to Ann Arbor a little more than two weeks later to complete the sweep.
