Michigan football beat Rutgers on Saturday afternoon at Michigan Stadium, 20-13. This was expected. The Wolverines were favored.
Should they have been?
I have no idea. It’s September, and one of these days we’re gonna learn not to make too much — or too little — of what college football team is where so early in the season.
About all we can say is that U-M still shows very little ability to throw the ball, especially when it needs to, and that’s a legitimate worry.
