Whether it was before or after Michigan's season-ending dud in the Peach Bowl doesn't matter. Two weeks ago, Harbaugh made a last-minute play for former Alabama co-offensive coordinator and one-time Joe Moorhead-disciple Josh Gattis. He offered him a lot of money.
