Shea Patterson has yet to play a down for Michigan football. The Wolverines won’t know if he’ll even be able to do so this upcoming season, as Patterson awaits word from the NCAA on his petition for immediate eligibility.
But that hasn’t quieted the hype. Patterson, approaching the end of his first semester in Ann Arbor, has drawn praise from teammates and coaches during spring ball. Sunday afternoon, U-M associate head coach and passing game coordinator Pep Hamilton was the latest to compliment the former five-star recruit and Ole Miss transfer.
