Now, Feldman has another Michigan football defensive lineman atop his annual list: Kwity Paye.
The defensive end was ranked No. 1 among a group of 50 players that Feldman says, "Generate buzz inside their programs by displaying the type of rare physical abilities that wow even those folks who are used to observing gifted athletes every day."
