Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh addressed the media following U-M's 28-21 loss at No. 7 Penn State on Saturday night.
On the officiating, which he previously questioned:
“There were some, definitely. And you have a human reaction of, what your human reactions are. And then sometimes it’s not fair. Learned a long time ago the only fair is the county fair.
